Visas information
A valid passport is required for entry in Russia.
Please be advised that your passport must be valid during 6 months after the date of the Russian visa expiration. Participants who need the visa should also upload a scanned copy of the main page (the page with the photo) of their passport.
The invitation letter will be prepared and sent to a participant by post (please indicate in the registration form the exact address to which the official invitation letter should be sent). The invitation letter is needed for the visa application at the nearest Russian Consulate in his/her country. Since it takes quite a long time to prepare the invitation letter we strongly recommend participants to register as soon as possible.
